Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping details.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying orders:

  • Singapore — SGD 120
  • Hong Kong — HKD 720
  • Australia — AUD 155
  • United States — USD 120
  • Canada — CAD 145
  • Japan — JPY 12,500
  • Malaysia — MYR 360
  • Thailand — THB 2,900
  • United Kingdom — GBP 95

For orders below the threshold, shipping fees will be shown at checkout.

All orders are shipped directly from Korea.
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mykurated.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.


Important Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, redelivery can be arranged (additional fees may apply).

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while your return is being processed.

If you ordered the wrong item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been reviewed (if eligible).
